Logan M. Brown
Logan Brown was born in Wichita and attended Bishop Carroll High School. He attended college at Fort Hays State University where he received an undergraduate degree in Finance. While at Fort Hays, Logan was a 4-year letterman on the men's varsity golf team. In addition, he was a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity.
Logan entered law school at the University of Kansas School of Law only three days after graduating from college. At KU Law, Logan was the recipient of the Enos Hook Scholarship in Law and the Seminole Indian Nation Graduate Law Scholarship. During law school Logan focused on Tax law and Estate Planning courses and graduated in December 2005.
Upon graduation from law school, Logan accepted a position in the Trust Department at one of the regions largest banks in Kansas City, MO. He was responsible for assisting large corporations and professional service firms with ERISA retirement plans.
In January 2008, Logan joined the Offices of Tim J. Larson as an associate so he could fully concentrate his practice on Estate Planning and Business Planning. Logan has co-authored and co-presented "The Importance of Utilizing Beneficiary Designations Properly" for the Wichita Financial Planning Association. Logan's practice includes drafting Wills, Trusts, Special Needs Trusts, Probate, Trust Administration, Powers of Attorney, Business Planning, Business Succession, Asset Protection Strategies, Guardian and Conservatorship matters, and other related Estate Planning matters. He is admitted to practice before all courts in the state of Kansas and is a member of the Kansas and Wichita Bar Associations. In addition, Logan frequently attends the Wichita Lawyer's Club and is a member of the Young Lawyers.
Logan and his wife Jennifer reside in northwest Wichita. Away from work he enjoys playing golf and watching KU Football and Basketball.
